Shipping information
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. When your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an Item due to incorrect address information.
Processing time
In-stock items typically ship out 2 business days after the order is placed. Pre-order items please allow 14 - 21 days, processing time may vary subject to suppliers' arrangement.
